Tiago Costa, is a young Portuguese Chef who has been living in Oslo since November 2013.

He is passionate about what he does and his career progression.

Nowadays he is Chef of one of the most recent and modern restaurants in Oslo, the Brasserie Rivoli restaurant, which since the opening has had an immense success and growth.

We will be waiting for Chef Tiago to share with us some more of his recipes and tricks to try to make at home.
